happenings

a lot going on:

• catching up with oldies. melissa & kat at cafe madeline, drew at ayola, eddie & michael at roe - thirsty bear - dalva, cornerstone folks at cigar bar.  dim sum and dog walking with matt s. & terry.  off the grid with eugene & alicia.  slow club with shira.
  
• epa.  21st amendment & baseball game with epa folks.
• eugene & alicia's wedding at hakone garden.  so nice :)
  
• films.  super 8, true grit, play time @ castro theater.  all very good.
• foods made without kitchen.  corn bread & veg chili; coconut rice, black beans, and fried plantains with mango salsa; soba with eggplant & mango, bourbon peach hand pies
• fruit picking & tara's with matt's people.
• coffee.  new to me -- coffee bar and the summit.
  
• serious shopping.  mattress, sofa, appliances, granite.

one sad thing, though.  i borrowed a friend's bike, but it was stolen!  a busy week ahead.
