we'll be in durango, co for mattm & suzanne's wedding.  then, canoeing for a few days in canyonlands np.

i've been trying recipes from kansha, a japanese vegetarian cookbook.  so much julienne-ing.

these dumplings, though, are easy and fabulous.

also trying out a new CSA, eatwell farms.
