one for mr. freud

i dreamt that my lower retainer (glued permanently to the back of my teeth), fell out. 

 

okay, it didn't just fall it -- it was torn out (why?), along with some of my teeth.  broken wire remained in my mouth, though, and it scraped my tongue and the inside of my cheeks.  ouch.

 

a quick survey of the internets tell me this means i am a. worried about my appearance and b. worried about embarassing myself.
